Remember that band 'blind melon'? that band that sang that one song, with the video of the little girl in the bee suit? the lead singer (shannon hoon) died of some sort of drug overdose...(NO, i didn't read the hotlink back there!)

What the fook am i driving at? We have a game this week, BB's! This is an outstanding thing! If it feels like it's been a month since our last game, you are right. One month to the day since our last game. We've had some awesome practices and I do want to know how practice went saturday (if held).

Wait, what was that bit about Blind Melon? Oh yeah. Remember that song, No Rain? Well that's what we want. no rain. league has had 3 weeks of rainouts, we want no more. Download that song, sing it all week. Be to the field at 8:30 pm. Game at 9:30, Field 1. Why so early? Warmin it up, BB's. Strategery. That's right, strategery. See you Thursday.

no game this week. (bye week)

voluntary meeting at the bollicks bar.
the bartender (it was his bday last thursday) told us he would let us all give
him bday smacks this thursday.

9 pm. I am umping, so i'll be there late, unless rained out.

no coach sponsored practice this week. if you want, hit the cages, or get
together with other bb's and have some practice!

no word on the scrimmage with a different team yet. stay tuned!
